Delivery Terms & Conditions / Postage Time Frames

BV Co. use several different courier providers for all of our Australia wide deliveries. 

At the time of order you will be provided with an order number that you will then be able to track online with all the way to your delivery site. 

NB: All items can only be delivered to a flat line premise and can not go up or down any stairs as well as up or over obstacles. The truck must be able to reverse onto the premise and lower the tailgate. Delivery may be able to go into a garage if there are no steps or obstacles in the way. The delivery company can not/will not take these items inside your premise.

Approx. Delivery time frames:

We are currently experiencing an approx. 2 - 4 week dispatch delay on some stock items. Please confirm with us prior to placing the order. 

All Pre-orders have an approx. 12 - 16 week lead time from date of purchase. 

While we always do everything possible to adhere to lead times the current import situation has had a negative affect on this. Please feel free to chat with us for an updated lead time prior to purchasing. 

If you require express delivery you can always give us a call and we can check/quote you for this. 

PICK UPS  

  • Pick up is available from our Blacktown warehouse 11- 21 Forge Street Blacktown, 2148
  • All pick-ups and deliveries are to be organised with our staff prior to your arrival.
  • Please check availability of item before purchasing if you wish to pick up within 7 days of order as we have multiple warehouse locations.
  • We are not liable for any damaged products claim once the item has been picked up/signed for.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon receiving it.

Pick Up from the warehouse are between the following hours: 

Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (must be arranged prior)

Please note we require payment in full before goods are delivered or dispatched. 

We aim to make our descriptions as complete as possible but if you still have any questions prior to purchase, please contact us.

We stock in store around 70% of the products we put online. In some instances, we may not have the product in stock until an order is placed.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order due to goods being unavailable, we will use all endeavours to either:

  • Source the goods;
    OR
  • Contact you within 5 business days to either arrange a full or partial refund; OR
  • Change your order to replace the goods with a comparable product as agreed. Where an alternate product cannot be agreed on, we will refund you the price paid for the goods.
